datango reloaded: PARIS AG relaunches proven e-learning, documentation and EPS system

The product "datango performance suite" (hereinafter referred to as dps) was first launched in 1999 and developed very successfully thereafter. In 2012, SAP acquired dps and has since continued to run it under the name Workforce Performance Builder. In April 2016, PARIS AG acquired the last version of the dps programme, including the datango naming rights, that remained in datango AG's possession in the course of the sale to SAP. The development and marketing of the new dps is the subject of a new, independent business unit "datango", which is integrated into PARIS AG, which is managed by former datango employees. The "dps" product supports companies and their users in the rapid introduction and smooth operation of enterprise applications.

On 1 April 2016, datango started marketing, supporting and further developing a new "dps" under the "datango" brand as a division of PARIS AG on the basis of the last version remaining in datango's possession in 2012 and now sold to PARIS AG.

The functions supported by the new dps version are an integral part of business applications in numerous companies. The e-learning and electronic performance support system supports rollouts and migrations of enterprise solutions such as SAP ERP and accompanies users during the complete life cycle of a software. The product provides navigation assistance in the live system and enables the automatic creation of documentation and training material, software simulations and e-learning worlds in practical use. This results in an increase in user acceptance - which is crucial for the success of new business applications in particular - while at the same time reducing incorrect entries and support costs.
