9.1. Clicks are not recognized where you click; they are displayed offset. What can you do?

Please check that your Windows scaling is set to 100%, regardless of what Windows marks as "Recommended." This setting is required by Creator for correct recording. Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings. Select "Scaling" and set it to 100%. Then log out of Windows and log back in for the change to take effect.
