The introduction of SAP S/4HANA presented RENOLIT with the challenge of implementing a complex new system landscape efficiently and sustainably. A key aspect was the need to provide comprehensive, user-friendly training for all employees worldwide in order to ensure a high level of acceptance and productivity right from the start.
Previously, creating training materials and process documentation was often time-consuming and required manual steps, which made scalability difficult for a global rollout. The goal was to find a powerful tool that would accelerate the creation of high-quality, consistent, multilingual content and significantly simplify training on the new SAP S/4HANA processes. The search was for a solution that would enable departments to create content independently, simplify updates, and provide users with needs-based support directly at their workstations.

RENOLIT chose datango as its central solution to support the SAP S/4HANA implementation. The deciding factor was datango's ability to offer a structured yet flexible method for creating training and documentation content.
The key users and process owners in the departments, who know the processes in detail, act as authors. They use datango Creator to record processes in SAP S/4HANA in a controlled manner. Particular emphasis is placed on designing the individual steps clearly and concisely in order to maximize comprehensibility for all users.
The instructions and videos created in this way are then managed in datango Collaborator and made available to employees via the MediaCenter.
