Awarded: datango | PARIS AG receives 3rd award in a row
Under the motto "Digital Learning, Working and Living", PARIS AG provided insights into the future of digital knowledge transfer and Business Shared Services 4.0 at the DSAG Annual Congress 2017. At the stand of one of the leading providers of knowledge management solutions, trade visitors were able to find out about the datango performance suite (dps) and its benefits during a software rollout or change management project. In addition, interested parties could also get an impression of the new, unique cognitive bot applications.
The DSAG Annual Congress brings together exhibitors and visitors from the areas of industry solutions, SMEs, technology, organisation and service. This year, the 20th edition of the congress focused on the world between ERP and digital platforms. In this respect, PARIS AG offers innovative and cognitive technologies in the areas of training and competence management, adoption analytics and prediction, as well as cognitive robotics and real-time support with its solutions and the datango company unit. These combinations enable individual, digital learning, working and living.
Finally noticeable: Mindset experiences a "Digital Transformation
"As a provider of visionary solutions, especially in the digital support of employees by means of smart technologies, we were particularly positively surprised by the innovation-hungry mood of our visitors this time," says Sebastian Grodzietzki, Chief Growth Officer at PARIS AG. "The mindset of the trade fair participants actually seems to have been literally digitally transformed. It seems that the majority of customers are no longer just looking for a classic authoring solution such as our datango performance suite, but expect a cognitive overall solution that goes beyond capturing, managing and distributing knowledge. I was able to look into many sparkling eyes when we discussed our analytics and bot solutions. With these, we enable our customers not only to manage schools, as is usual with comparable solutions, but also to uncover potential business process weaknesses and to use digital real-time assistants, for example, simply via Skype."
Christina Misch, Marketing Manager at PARIS, adds: "During the presentation "My Bot and I - Digital Learning, Work and Life", one thing in particular struck us during the subsequent discussions with customers: Effective further training and productive competence management can only be made possible if an analytics platform is already connected to the first practice of new process steps. Possible process weaknesses can then be identified on an anonymous basis and logical consequences for optimising or eliminating the weaknesses can be derived.
The presentation also highlighted the opportunities and first uses of PARIS bots, which can be combined with the datango performance suite to easily provide relevant knowledge in an individual employee context via Skype or similar. messengers. This reduces the individual process costs and consequently the total cost of ownership, while at the same time making the company and each employee more productive.
Both at the datango@PARIS stand and in the aftermath of the trade fair, visitors showed considerable interest in the many possible uses of the bots.
