datango introduces EasyRecorder for quickly recording application processes

Berlin, March 11, 2026 – datango is expanding its platform with the new datango EasyRecorder, which is integrated into datango Live! and enables the quick recording of workflows in various applications. Business users can use it to record content directly while working in the respective systems, thereby creating a foundation for structured training and learning materials.

“Much valuable process knowledge resides with the business users themselves. With EasyRecorder, they can easily capture this knowledge and make it available for training and documentation purposes,” explains Markus Roßkothen, CEO of datango.

Immediately after recording, you can add explanations about the content as well as specific notes on individual steps in the process. This information is used by employees who subsequently adapt the content for educational purposes and further develop it for training.

When uploading the finished recording to datango Collaborator, you can specify within datango Live! which workspace the content should be moved to, ensuring it is immediately available in the right place. The content is then automatically made available in datango Creator as well. There, you can further edit the recorded material as needed, for example by adding explanatory text or redacting sensitive data.

EasyRecorder is an optional feature that complements datango Live! and can be enabled by activating the product.
