The content management area is a crucial tool for administrators when managing content. But what options are available in this area?nt management area?
This is the administration area of the workspace in which all available information (e.g. editing status) and options for editing, publishing, deleting etc. of selected content are displayed.
A tab in the content management area is workflows. This is a view in which users can create and edit tasks for themselves and others. In the broadest sense, tasks are used to manage content. As content is usually edited by different users, a kind of project management tool is integrated into the datango Collaborator. For example, updating outdated content can be defined and implemented as a task with an editor, priority, deadline, etc. All workflow events for this task, such as updating the processing status, adding comments, assigning responsibilities, updating deadlines, etc., take place under Processes.
Attachments are another tab. This is a view in the content management area in which all associated files of a selected content are listed (e.g. modes, audio, video, photo files, documentation, resource files).
