There are various types of courses when working with the datango Collaborator. These are explained below:
Fee-based course
A course that is defined as fee-based when it is created is specially marked in the Excel table after the Excel export from the Course assignments view (Fee-based column). The marking can therefore be evaluated by third-party systems if necessary.
Planneder KursAvailable course
A course that is available for learners. Available courses that have not yet been started are marked with a black circle in the Courses view. Available courses that have already been started are marked with a yellow circle in the Courses view.Planned course
A course that is not yet available for learners. Scheduled courses are marked with a red, crossed-out circle in the Courses view.
Past course
A course that has expired for learners, regardless of whether it was completed in the specified period or not. Past courses (Excel file) and course certificates (PDF) can be downloaded under Courses -> Past courses.
When creating courses, the Periodic option can be activated and periods can be defined in which learners must complete the course (e.g. weekly, monthly, annually). You can also specify how often the course can be repeated (e.g. twice a week).
