A registration code is required for initial registration on the datango Collaborator. But how does it work?

What is the registration code?
For self-registration on the datango Collaborator, users each require a registration code, which is then automatically assigned to an organizational unit and group. An example registration code would be: 12345-1000, where 12345 is the code for the organizational unit and 1000 is the code for the group. Registration codes are defined by the admin when organizational units and groups are created.
